The Empire's Stock Statuses give you “Real Time” knowledge of every piece of inventory that we carry to help you when making your buying decisions.
|
 In Stock: Ships Immediately
|
|
Product is In Stock at our warehouse, ready for immediate shipment if ordered before 3pm EST (displayed during Empire business hours).
|
|
In Stock: Ships Next Business Day
|
|
Product is In Stock at our warehouse, ready for shipment during our next business hours (displayed during non-Empire business hours).
|
|
In Stock: Ships in 1 to 3 Days
|
|
Due to the large number of products we keep in stock, we must store some of our inventory at our secondary warehouse.
Those products will be available for processing at our Shipping warehouse in 1 to 3 days.
|
|
Partial In Stock
|
|
We have copies of the Product In Stock at our warehouse, but not enough copies to complete your entire Order.
The Product will be Ordered from the appropriate vendor and will ship when the Stock arrives at our warehouse.
|
|
• If you wish to have the In Stock copies shipped immediately, you must select ‘Ship Partial.’
|
|
• If you wish to wait for the entire Order, select ‘Ship Complete’ and the In Stock copies will be reserved for you and your entire Order will ship once all the items are available.
|
|
On Order
|
|
Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been ordered from the appropriate vendor.
"On Order" product is regularly stocked and will be replenished ASAP.
Average time to re-stock is 3-7 business days after the product goes out of stock.

|
On Order (Currently Unavailable)
|
|
Product is out of stock and is not available for purchase at this time.
On occasion, product becomes unavailable to us from the studio for various reasons.
The product will be stocked when it becomes available from the vendor.
|
|
Special Order
|
|
Product is not regularly stocked by us, however it may be available from the appropriate vendor.
When you place an Order for a “Special Order” item it will be ordered from the vendor and ship when the Stock arrives at our warehouse.
|
|
Pre-Release
|
|
Product has not been released yet although orders may be created to reserve a copy for your collection.
Your Credit Card will not be charged until the product ships from our warehouse.
The Price and/or Release Date of Pre-Release titles are subject to change, due to internal errors or studio changes without notice.

|
Pre-Announced
|
|
A Pre-Announced item is an item that is not available for sale at this time.
The studio/manufacturer has released some information for us to display, but we cannot take Orders for the product.
Pre-Announced Items will not normally have a price or release date listed. Pre-Announced items are not the same as Pre-Release items
(learn more).

|
Re-Release
|
|
Product was available from the Studio but is not at this time.
Orders may be generated to reserve a copy for you and the title will "Re-Release" on the date listed.
